Holidays and weekends call for traveling. Although there are some who don’t need to validate their vacation. Different people have different styles, and obviously, there are different types of travelers in this big wide world!

Types of travellers:

1. The Collector

This person will collect each and everything, whether it fascinates them or not! They need a memory, like a physical, visible memory from every place that they visit. They are always ready to raid the street markets and collect all that they can. Right from seashells from beaches, to rocks from the mountains. They’ll collect everything!

2. The Approval Seeker

This person travels not for themselves, but for social acceptance and approval. This person will upload the same story on Snapchat, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and Messenger, and also all the other apps we aren’t aware of! This person travels for social show off and is always seeking approval for all of his doings.

3. The Escapist

Upset, had a breakup, feeling low on life? Let’s travel! Yes, this person will try to travel and escape all the negative feelings he or she is going through. They elope from the world and all its negative things and get drenched in the self-satisfaction of traveling and all the good things it brings along. And they’ll be a new person filled with all the positivity and freshness when they come back!

4. The Party Animal

They’ll sack every nearest bar they come across. They’re always on Zomato looking for nearest pubs, discos, and lounges. The sole reason for their travel is because their native place ran out of restro-bars! The have just one travel plan- Booze! Their most likely travel destination is Goa, L.A. or any place with lots of liquor!

5. The Holy One

This person is more on a pilgrimage trip! They’ll make sure they visit each and every holy place, shrines, and visit trails. It will seem as if their pilgrim trip couldn't work out so they end up here, trying to do justice to all their religious feelings!

6. The Thrill Seeker

This person is more into adventure and thrill than he is into travel. He will try all the adventure sports right from hiking and trekking to scuba and everything in between! This person will not like playing the safe game. He’ll take road trips, and bike rides to the destination.

7. The Occasional Traveler

This person will go to their cousins’ wedding in the other city and call it traveling! They’re spotted mostly on family vacations that happen once a year, or official school/college trips. Traveling for them is something that can be done once in a while, and they cherish it!

8. Repeat- Repeat

This person will go to the same place again and again and again. It’s like they’re caught in a loop, or just can’t get over the place, or could be anything. We are trying to figure out what captivates them so much about that particular place that they want to visit it again and again.

9. Travel Solo

This person will travel, and travel regardless of being solo. They enjoy their company and are ready to set off even if there’s no one to accompany them. Traveling is more important to them, then the travel companions. These type of people are in a different zone of travel obsession altogether and will travel alone if need be. All they need is a guide for solo travel.

10. The Genuine Traveler

They’re pretty sorted about one thing- You Only Live Once and will do all the things for its integrity. They genuinely want to travel to new places, meet new people, eat different cuisines and have fun! They want to explore, and will always come up new places, and sometimes places that no one’s ever heard about. Travel is their thing!
