1. Voucher Validity Extension Policy


1.1 Active Vouchers

You can request for a 7-day extension for your active vouchers, no questions asked.


How to Request?

  • You can request for a 7-day extension for your active vouchers, no questions asked.

  • They will verify the deal's availability and extend your voucher accordingly.


1.2 Expired Vouchers

You can request for a 7-day extension upto 15 days after your voucher expiry, no questions asked.


How to Request?

  • Contact our support team with your order details from your registered mobile number to request for an extension for your expired voucher.

  • They will verify the deal's availability and extend your voucher accordingly.


Important Note: Extension requests for all expired vouchers will be treated as one-time exception cases. No further extensions, cancellations, or refunds would be possible for these already extended vouchers in future.


1.3 Vouchers Already Extended Once

No further extensions, cancellations, or refunds would be possible for vouchers that have already been extended once.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation: All active vouchers, can be cancelled at any point of time by reaching out to our support team (Unless specified otherwise)

Refunds: Refunds for active vouchers can either be credited to your Shoutlo Wallet or your Original Payment Method(s).

3. Shoutlo Pay Refund Policy


3.1 Reported Within 15 Days of Transaction Date


Disputes upon Shoutlo Pay transactions, reported within 15 days of the payment, can be refunded at any point of time, provided valid verification of the dispute, by reaching out to our support team. (Unless specified otherwise)

Verification would be considered valid basis of either -

  • a.) Conclusive proof for the dispute by the customer ,and/or

  • b.) Confirmation from the merchant

Refunds: Refunds for such cases can either be credited to your Shoutlo Wallet or your Original Payment Method(s), with or without applicable payment gateway deductions.

  • Verification: We will verify the reported issue with the transaction and may request additional proof if available, such as screenshots or other documentation.

  • Confirmation: You will be notified of the outcome of the verification process and any refund details or actions taken.


3.2 Reported After 15 Days of Transaction Date


Disputes upon Shoutlo Pay transactions, reported after 15 days of the payment, would not be eligible for consideration due to verification constraints.

4. Shoutlo Wallet Credits Extension

  • No wallet credits validity extension requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

  • Wallet credits have a definitive expiry date, which is visible to you over the application and also the website.

  • We request you to use your wallet credits within the stipulated period to avoid losing your credits to expiry.
