A note from mommy Rani Mukerji will make sense for not just all mothers but all parents!
It's has been a one wonderful year for Rani Mukerji and Aditya Chopra with baby Adira, but for some reasons, they decided to keep this blessing away from the limelight. The couple, who have kept their private lives fiercely guarded, have rarely been photographed together, so it was almost out of question to get a glimpse of their little one. But mommy Rani Mukerji couldn't hold it for long and shares daughter Adira’s pic with a heartfelt note on 9 December 2016. As Adira celebrated her first birthday, Rani Mukerji shared her beautiful motherhood journey striking an emotional chord with all mothers and saluting them for their selfless nature and for living only for their children.
Sharing of her own journey as a mother, she wrote, "I love my baby Adira. Can’t live or breathe without her. My life has changed but for the better. I have become much calmer, more patient, and more forgiving. It happened overnight one day suddenly. I realized I have changed, again for the better I guess. I hope I can bring Adira beautifully, without any fears, brave, wise, clever, disciplined and well mannered. I want everyone to be proud of her. Even if nobody is, I will always be proud of her. I will encourage her to follow her heart, not get bullied ever, and not be pressurized for anything in life. Be carefree always."
She also shared her fear "being a mother is scary because you suddenly stop living for yourself. You live for you child. As if she has given birth to you. A mother!"
She also penned down her anxiety about being a mother. "I can’t sleep at night. I can’t get sleep in the day. Often I think about the zillion of other mothers who have given birth. Do they all go through the same anxiety or is it only me?" She even thanked God for the gift of motherhood. "I am eternally grateful to the Almighty to have given me this blessing in form of Adira! I don’t know if anyone understands me at this point of my life. But I am going with the flow. I let anyone and everyone say things to me without reacting sometimes reacting also"
This adorable note full of love, concern, and hope will make sense for not just all mothers but all parents!
