Each city in India has a unique quality about itself. Some cities are famous for clothes, some are famous for beaches, some are famous for their hill stations, some for handicrafts etc. Similarly, Bangalore is known for a whole lot of things that set it apart from other cities of the country. From monuments to modern buildings, and obviously the famous IT sector of Bangalore, all are praise-worthy. While there are hands in the city that work swiftly on laptop keyboards in cubicles, there are hands in the same city that skilfully work with knives, ingredients, and cauldrons.

3) Fried Fish

Found in all parts of the world, fried fish is one dish that is not so common. So what is so different about the one served in Bangalore? Well, the fish here is marinated for a few hours. 4) Handi Biryani
