A low day at work? Those days of the month? Not so good day? Cheer up with these 5 “break the chain” ways

1.Clean your room - It might be ugliest in the beginning but feels good when it's done. Perk: You get to wear clothes that you haven’t worn for months, trust me

2. Salon! The best way to zone out is going for hair spa, pedicure, body massage
Beauticians suddenly seem to be your best friend :) 

3. Dance it out!! Dance like no one is watching you, and if possible watch your steps in mirror, you are fun loving – I mean funny looking

4. Take selfies, a lot of them!

5. Dress up, show up!! Nothing can stop you from looking good, a calm place or a noisy club - whatever makes you feel connected, just do it!
