How Box8 made me edit my review on Zomato
It has been very recent, I have moved to Bangalore and has become dependent on the eating outlets listed on Zomato for all my meals. One day (a few weeks ago) in pursuit of a great dinner, I ordered a north Indian meal from BOX8. I expected the dinner to be good and delicious, but sadly I was disappointed. The food was not fresh and I ended up making Maggi (rescue for most of the Bangaloreans post 11pm) for myself. After such a bad experience I wrote a review for Box8 on Zomato stating the complete incidence. To my surprise, I got a response from Management of Box8 and one of the team members called up and apologized for the same. And to make it up for the time they messed up they delivered a sumptuous dinner at my place.
They delivered exotic mushroom meal served with basmati rice and parathas, yummy dilli chole, choco lava cake and ice tea. The food was fresh, delicious and I was impressed with this lovely gesture. I believe "To err is human", and one should always be given a chance to improve. Hats off to Box8 as a brand, for accepting the feedback(even the negative one) and working on it. The courtesy and the delicious food made me edit the review and rating of this place.
I recommend Box8 to all Bangaloreans for their amazing food and nice service.
