Sakonsa Social Welfare Foundation Spreading Smiles

With an enthusiastic mind and a desire to change the world in a better way, Naveen Dubey set the foundation for ‘Sakonsa Social Welfare Foundation’. Sakonsa is a Latin word which translates as ‘Message’ in English. Sakonsa Social Welfare Foundation is working efficiently to meet 17 Sustainable Development Goals put forward by the United Nations.

Need for change and a making world a better place was always present with Naveen since the time of his school days. He had a zest to make it best in every situation. His curiosity to opportunities always made him land on the platforms that let him grow fruitfully. He got selected for a number of national and international events.

But what truly became an inspiration to start with Sakonsa was his parents. Naveen is highly inspired from his parents and this inspiration took birth when he used to see his parents unconditionally teaching students of rural areas who belonged to minorities and were not capable enough to pay their school fee. This was a high time for Naveen and this set forth him on doing something great for people and society.

Things got its pace when Naveen entered into college. From the very first year, he was unstoppable. Coming from a different state and settling into North-India can be a problem for any other teenager, but Naveen seems to be breaking all the notions. Soon after settling into the place he came up with another boom. He created a team of 100 people and associated United Nations entities in the college. This was a remarkable achievement for him or any other person of his age.

After this, He came up with a start-up thought of setting up a company that we now know as Sakonsa. For the sake of building a team, this time he connected students with faculty. This team started working on social initiative under the name of Sakonsa. Sakonsa established its first brand in Punjabi University and which is also the place of its origin. He then, worked on the expansion to make it reach all kind of institutions where the message of global goals can be reached. Sakonsa is now established a number of schools and colleges and opened its first international branch at Turkey.

Sakonsa conducts various programs and courses for purpose of change at school, colleges, institutes and community places. Sakonsa connected thousands of students from schools and colleges with it. Sakonsa conducted short courses, visits to old age homes, orphanages and giving them moments of happiness, various food drives, and tree plantation programs.

This journey had a lot of ups and downs. Running a company in a college can make it to your bad academics and similar happened with Naveen. He sometimes, missed classes, rebelled teachers and faced academic failures. But nothing of it mattered at the end, He is remarkable, unstoppable and never-ending. This all brought about the fruitful results and now, the sky is the only limit for Mr. Naveen which is not much far to reach.
