Quite understandably, there's no place to set a foot during Maha Shivratri as thousands of devotees from all over the neighboring regions, make sure to visit the historical temple on this sacred day to attain alleviation and peace of mind and offer their prayers to their almighty. BUT, if you are visiting Chandigarh and are unable to visit this holy shrine, you are missing something divine.
