About the event
Chef Parth started cooking when he was in standard fourth, he still remembers that he made a Maggi at that age. Then slowly & gradually the interest started developing more & whenever there is a get together he used to cook new dishes for them then he enrolled himself to the hotel management college to further expertise his culinary skills where he got the great opportunity & exposure towards his love of cooking & graduated with IP University gold medal.. further started his career as a comic with the Oberoi group of hotels as he wanted to learn from the scratch & get himself more polished worked with them for almost 2.5 years then decided to switch to the restaurant industry & started working with the massive restaurant as a cdp.. was a great experience again with them & learned how the restaurants actually work from in an out in comparison to hotels then found himself fit for the restaurant so moved to the opening team of restaurant & then did the opening for the restaurant in Gurgaon & worked again for a year & now did the opening for this place.
