He worked with food and he always has helped his mom cook for a family of 5, So every day it’s like a variety of food cooked in his house but not thinking that’s what He is really gearing up for. If you really make food yourself you can control the taste, you can control the fat that’s in there, you can control the salt, you can control the sugar and at the end of the day, it’s very rewarding because it’s your own hand that made it. And that is how his journey of culinary converted professionally, gave eight to nine years of rigorous hard training of understanding what food is, he turned into a chef. After that started as consultant chef in how to run restaurants cafés and training of their Staff, From scratch to running profit making ventures.

Being trained in Mexican and Italian cuisine and Sweet delicacies he started his own Ventures like Bakers Dozen, Justa Pasta, Khao Momo, Kacchi Yeqni Biryani (Also Know As Talli Biryani).He is a fearless chef who has given a good 16 years to this industry and love to play with flavours and curate unique recipes for food lovers.
