1. Exhibition Venue opening time is 7.30am on 18th September 2022, exhibition starts at 11am.
2. Exhibitors must clear all the dues 7 days before the event.
And only online payment will be accepted.
3. Stall pass will be issued after clearance of the dues and then exhibitor can take possession of the stall.
4. No entries without the stall pass.
5. Kindly send your accessories requirements in advance. So that your stands n other stuff will be at your stall.
6. Billing is compulsory on the bill book.
8. Chandigarh casual trader challan or Chandigarh registered GST certificate is compulsory.
9. Use of plastic bags is prohibited.
10. Organizers are not responsible for any mishandling or absence of casual traders challan, Chandigarh GST certificate, non-billing of transactions or use of plastic bags.
11.Payments made to g&g is Non Refundable non adjustable in any case.
12. In case of practical difficulties organizer reserve all rights to
change the size and location of the stall
13.Any sort of misconduct from the exhibitors shall not be tolerated
14. Fabricated stall includes one optimum table, 2 chairs, 2 lights only. You would have to pay extra for extra stand or table.
