Mat Pilates is floor exercises which you do regularly for toning and core strengthening. Barre Pilates is a unique mix of Pilates & Ballet. It has a mild cardio workout in it and it is very good for toning, weight loss.
In each intermediate to advance level session at RedMat Pilates , you would end up burning close to 500 calories
