CUCEED (Chitkara University Centre for Entrepreneurship Education & Development) has taken an initiative to build a Startup Ecosystem where they have invited the award-winning “Enabler of the Ecosystem for Startups - Ms. Geetika Dayal (Executive Director - TIE Delhi NCR)

About Geetika Dayal 

A 5-year entrepreneurial stint led Geetika to the roles as the Executive Director of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE). Geetika joined TiE during the early days of its inception in India and has played a key role in bolstering the Indian entrepreneurial ecosystem over the last 16 years. 

Geetika has been conferred the “Chairman’s Award” in 2016 and was recognized internationally for her contribution and exceptional service to the ecosystem by being awarded the “Best Executive Director Globally” in 2012 by TiE. Under her leadership, TIE achieved many milestones. 

*TiE Delhi-NCR Chapter has received the TiE Global Award of the Best TiE Chapter five times. 
*TiE Delhi-NCR was awarded for its exemplary work in building the entrepreneurial ecosystem for ‘Small Businesses in India’ during the World SME Conference 2016
* TiE Delhi-NCR was recently felicitated by CNBC Young Turks, for being an “Enabler of the Ecosystem for Start-ups”

Under Geetika’s leadership TiE Delhi-NCR has relentlessly worked on organizing special interest groups focused events. Travel, Health, Education as well as Food and Food Services are few of the special interest groups at TiE Delhi-NCR.

Geetika has also been supporting and encouraging activities for women entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs, and youth entrepreneurs and creates a bridge with the policy makers, academicians, corporates, and investors.
