Hedgehog Cafe presents aworkshop on the basics of Mindfulness by Aditi - Counseling Psychologist.
With a Bachelors from Lady Sri Ram College, Masters in Psychology from Delhi University and then an M.Sc in Psychological Studies from The University Of Glasgow, Counseling psychologist, Aditi, brings with her, a rich and varied work experience.
She is a passionate mental health advocate and has been associated with the field of psychology for the past 10 years. She strongly believes that self-care is foremost ! ‘’You have to put your oxygen mask first before saving someone else’.
Her workshop is aimed at not only equipping us with the basics of Mindfulness but will also help us reverse the effects of stress.
