Introduction: Acrylic pouring is an abstract art form that started in the 1930s and is also said to be a predecessor to the modern artist Jackson Pollock’s style of movement art, action art, or drip art. It’s the process of layering up paints in a cup and pouring it over the canvas for unexpected and exciting results!
Today, Acrylic pouring has picked up popularity around the world. Its vibrant play of colors and textures, its expressive style are therapeutic and perfect to capture emotions or to simply have fun!
What Will You learn: This first-time advanced acrylic pouring workshop is an attempt to take the participants through a couple of slightly more challenging techniques to take your acrylic pour art to the next level!
Materials required: 1. Acrylic Paints 2. Stretched Canvas (recommended) or any flat surface like MDF board or tiles or ceramics or wood 3. Pouring medium (recommended) or Fevicol craft glue 4. Silicone oil (recommended) or coconut oil or olive oil or dishwashing liquid 5. Cups and sticks
