Located in Sector 7, Chandigarh, Moti Mahal Delux has been around since 1920. Started by Sir Kundan Lal Gujral, Moti Mahal is known for its authentic Mughlai cuisine and its hospitality. Carrying on Sir Kundan Lal’s legacy and passion for food, the hotel offers Indian, Mughlai and Chinese cuisines. Known for the food from the North west frontier, Moti Mahal made the ordinary curry a butter-filled delight. The local tandoor for baking was turned into an innovation for preparing tandoor dishes, butter gravy and dal makhani which resulted in a revolution in taste.
